I'm Dave Holmes-Kinsella — a data and AI practitioner who's been building, leading, and thinking at the intersection of data and technology for over a decade.

I work as a player/coach: hands-on with data, architecture, and AI tooling, while helping analysts, teams, and organisations move from good to great. My focus right now is on what it actually means to work AI-natively — not the hype, but the craft of building new habits, workflows, and judgment in a moment when the tools keep changing faster than the org charts do.
